Privacy Policy

This document states the Core NAP Privacy Policy. The Core NAP Privacy Policy applies to customer information maintained by Core NAP, either electronically or physically. This policy defines the type of information maintained by Core NAP and how it is used. This policy may change without notice.

Information Required to Order Services

When you choose to order services from Core NAP, you will be asked to provide certain personal information, such as your name, physical and electronic mail addresses, phone numbers, domain name and related information we may need to complete your order, and to correctly bill you.

Information Requests

You may request information via email or via our web site regarding products and Services, including technical support and customer service. To honor your request we may ask that you provide certain contact information to allow us to satisfy your request and to send you information in response.

Disclosure of Information

Core NAP will not sell, rent, trade, or disclose individual Customer information to any third parties or outside companies who will use the information to contact you or who will share the information with others without your permission. It may be necessary to disclose information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing the information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal actions against someone who may be violating Core NAP policies or may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) the rights or property of Core NAP, Core NAP customers, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities. Core NAP may disclose or access account information when we believe in good faith that the law requires it or for administrative and related purposes that we deem necessary to maintain service and improve our offerings.

Use of Information

The use of a customer's name, phone number, physical address and e-mail address is necessary to keep our Customers well informed of maintenance issues, escalated critical issues and problem resolutions that may arise with in the course of providing services to our customers, to bill for services or make inquiries regarding to billing, and to inform our Customers of changes in services, or new service offerings.

For Customers of our Core T access products, such information as listed above regarding the physical location of the Customer end of the connection will be used for installation and maintenance of physical circuit by our vendors. Core NAP is unable to make any assurances how a vendor may use this data beyond installing and maintaining the physical circuit.

If you want to change or modify information you have previously given to us, please contact us via email (support@corenap.com), or by phone (512 685-0003).

Cookies

Our Web servers may place small bits of text of "cookies" onto your computer's hard drive. Cookies enable us to deliver content specific to your account and services as well as session tracking. After you accept a cookie, it is passed from your browser to our servers each time you request a page. This cookie consists of a unique token that contains information that allows the server to deliver the desired content. Please note that you may configure your Web browser to warn you before you accept a cookie.

Customer E-mails & Other Data

Core NAP will not read or disclose e-mail content or other data maintained on Core NAP servers to others unless required by law or deemed necessary to operate our Services.
