We were originally Zilker Internet Park customers, then became Jump
Point customers and enjoyed great tech support from both companies.
Unfortunately, tech support from the company that purchased Jump Point
was horrible. When we found out the original Jump Point owners were
starting another local hosting company, we were eager to become
customers and again enjoy great tech support. We were not let down. In
the past couple weeks I have needed help from your tech support staff on
a number of issues and in every case I received fast, competent tech
